Is there a deposit required?

Deposits are required at time of booking services. There are no refunds on deposits but can be used towards another appointment if cancellation policy was followed. When booking bundled sessions, the balance must be paid in full at time of booking in order to reserve days on the calendar.

What is your Cancellation policy?

If you need to Cancel, you must provide 24-48 hour notice. If you provide 48+ hour notice, you will be able to reschedule with no penalties. If you Cancel between 24 and 48 hours, we will try to book someone into your scheduled time. If your scheduled time is not booked, you will lose your deposit. If you reschedule with less than a 24 hour notice, you will forfeit the initial deposit and be required to pay another deposit at time of booking. You may allow a friend to take your place if you need to Cancel within 24 hours. We will try to book your time and save your deposit, but please do not expect someone to be able to drink enough water and be prepared with very late notice about their session. If Orbital Body Studios must cancel an appointment (and you choose not to reschedule), Orbital Body Studios will refund your investment.

What is your late policy?

There is a 10 min grace period given. Anytime after 10 min will be deducted from your session time. If you are later than 20 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and this would be considered a Canceled appointment, to which the deposit will be forfeited.

Please call ahead if you know that you are running late.

How early should I arrive at my appointment?

Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early for your appointment for consultations and paperwork (liability waiver and questionnaires) that may need to be completed.

There are absolutely no refunds given after services have been rendered. If Orbital Body Studios must cancel an appointment (and you choose not to reschedule), Orbital Body Studios will refund your investment.

Cash and card payments are accepted. No CASHAPP, ZELLE, PAYPAL.
